The Arsenale of Venice, as well as being home to the Boat Show from May 28 to June 6, will have the honor of hosting for the first time the renowned Campiello Prize, the literary competition promoted by Venetian industrialists.

It is an Italian literary prize that is awarded annually to an Italian narrative work published in the current year. The big news is that with the Venice edition the new Campiello Junior will be introduced, which was created to encourage young people to read and to ensure that the practice that has been a bit lost over the years, gets back on track.

The location of the final evening will be the Venice Arsenal, with the suggestive note that characterizes it and the great value it contributes to giving to the city of Venice. The Campiello Award is this year in its fifty-ninth edition, it will be broadcast on 4 September on Rai 5 and in Mondovisione.
