In all its splendor, the famous training ship Amerigo Vespucci, engaged in its usual tour around the main airport cities, returns to Venice.

The Amerigo Vespucci training ship takes its name from the famous leader, in whose honor the “New World” is called “America”. The aesthetic is also taken from the first and true boat used by the leader during expeditions, even if it boasts more impressive dimensions.

On the occasion of the XIII edition of the “Symposium of the Marine”, which will be held at the arsenal and which will host over 60 world navies and more than 80 industrial, cultural, academic and information realities, the Amerigo Vespucci sailing ship will be moored in Riva San Biasio, near the arsenal and the Naval History Museum and will be open from today, 5 to 7 October from 10.00 to 19.30.

With the Linea Rosa service, active every day from 09:00 to 18:00, which connects San Giuliano to Fondamente Nove, in 25 minutes on foot you can easily reach the Arsenale of Venice to visit the ship.
