In addition to the fact that since there are no cars, children can play and have fun in the streets and fields, the city of Venice has many activities and attractions that can please both adults and children.

1- visit the Campanile di San Marco, from where you can enjoy a splendid view of the entire Venetian historic center.
2- visit the Lions in Piazza San Marco: for generations of children they were lions to be tamed for fun, now to preserve them it is forbidden to climb on them, but it is still a nice place to take a nice family photo.
3- visit Burano, where to eat bussolà, an exquisite typical Buranello dessert and visit the house of Bepi Suà, the most colorful and famous one on the island.
4- taking a gondola ride is a unique experience, but it is equally so to see how these typical boats of the Venice lagoon are built. Visiting a squero could be a great activity for the whole family. Today in Venice very few squeri remain in operation, the most famous being in San Trovaso.
5- if the duration of your stay in Venice allows it, together with your whole family you can visit the Lido of Venice. Lido di Venezia is a wonderful island, which is only 10 minutes by vaporetto from Venice. Here you can rent bikes for all family members, visiting the island in a fun and alternative way.
