The City Council of Venice approves the launch of the Intervention Plan for the expansion and redevelopment of the Jewish Museum.

This is an important project that will concern the historic exhibition site and other units in Campo del Ghetto, the works will consist of interventions on the buildings and floors, wood and plaster will also be renovated and the exhibition space will be expanded.

The Jewish Museum of Venice is a unique complex of its kind, among its rooms there is also a collection of precious objects of goldsmith and textile manufacture dating back to the sixteenth and nineteenth centuries and a rich collection of books, ancient manuscripts and objects in use in the most important moments of the Jewish life cycle.
