In such a particular year as this, where it is not known what will become of the traditional Christmas holidays, Venice still amazes.
The idea of paying homage to Venice with a digital Christmas tree in Piazza San Marco, placed between the two columns, was born from the artist Fabrizio Plessi.
It is a luminous “lighthouse”, composed of over 80 modules of 1m by 50cm, which will create the shape of a tree of life, symbolically combining earth, water and sky, thus interpreting the deepest meaning of Christmas.
Installation that wants to be a symbol of hope and resilience of a city that struggles and resists difficulties.
