With the summer Cinemoving returns: a project of the Culture Sector of the Municipality of Venice dedicated to young and old cinema lovers.
This year Cinemoving will be characterized by the popularity of big hits, with a particular eye on the suspense of action films, on the fun of the best comedies, without forgetting the suggestions of great stories designed for the whole family.
In the beautiful setting of Campo San Polo, from 14 to 27 August, the review “A look at Europe” will be staged. There will be 14 cinema evenings: feature films, short films, documentaries and fiction films, introduced by directors and actors from different European countries: France, Switzerland, Portugal and Hungary, in collaboration with their respective cultural centers and embassies.
September will instead be accompanied by “Effetto Notte”, the review that since the 1980s has hosted the films of the Venice Film Festival in “decentralization”: all the films presented at the Lido will go to programming one or two days later.
All shows are free admission subject to availability of seats.
